SELLER

Natural Dream Living sagl (NDL from now on) is responsible for the products that are sold through the site www.naturaldreamliving.ch. Communications concerning the site's content and complaints regarding products and services have to be sent through the e-mail that appears in this site.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

Products' features that appear on the NDL's online shop can be verified during the order's processing and before the conclusion of the contract. Selling prices appearing on the online shop are VAT included, while shipment costs are not included. NDL reserves the right to change at anytime and without notice the costs for the postal and courier services in case these companies raise their fees.

In order to confirm an order the purchaser has to read the General Selling Conditions and the Privacy statement. The reading confirmation of the aforementioned sections counts as acceptance of its whole content, therefore the order that has been confirmed has to be considered binding.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Accepted orders will be shipped and delivered through courier or postal service chosen by NDL. Delivery time is 4 to 10 working days, per courier or post, to the address mentioned in the order. In case of absent recipient, if the parcel's measure allows it, the parcel might be left in the letter box. Otherwise an attempted delivery slip will inform on the number to contact or the deadline for collecting the parcel. NDL does not expect the recipient's identity to be checked by the delivery service and does not take any responsibility in case of failure to collect the parcel.

NDL reserves the right not to process to order whose information are not trustworthy and/or in case the product is temporarily unavailable. In all these cases, NDL will inform you within 10 days from the order reception via e-mail about the delivery dates, or will proceed with the reimbursement of the entire sum of money if explicitly requested.

TRANSPORTATION DAMAGES

In case the delivered product shows clear signs of damage due to transportation, a complain must be filed against the shipping company and NDL has to be contacted, so that we can assert our rights with the shipping company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We remind you that Swiss legislation does not include any withdrawal or return right once the order has been shipped.

PRIVACY

NDL is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its customers' data and will not share them with third parties.

DATA SHARING THROUGH THE INTERNET

NDL does not take responsibility nor grant warranty for the security of datas that will be shared during the Internet transmission.

APPLICABLE LAW AND RESOLUTION OF CONTROVERSIES

General Selling Conditions are regulated by the Swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction is Lugano-Switzerland.
